One Mile Walking Workout // Fun Low Impact Cardio 🎵 Dance to the Music!

Let's have fun with this easy to follow 20 minute walking workout! During this workout I walked just over 1 mile and 1800 steps! All moves are low impact, osteoporosis friendly, and knee friendly, no jumping! This quick workout is a great way to increase your heart rate and lower your blood sugar. It's the perfect after dinner walk or just when you need a little energy boost.
