First Flights on ExpressLRS 4.1-RC1 with the TX16S MK3

ExpressLRS 4.1-Release Candidate 1 is out today. One notable change is how Dynamic Power behaves. It now decrease the transmission power faster as needed, unlike before where it will stay at a higher power level even though the receiver is already right next to the transmitter (where the power should be less). There's now also less "Telemetry Lost" call out that's mainly caused by immediately notifying the handset of signal instability after just a few missed Telemetry packets. This notification to the handset now has a 3s grace period before reporting such missed Telemetry packets. For more information, head to the Release Notes: https://github.com/ExpressLRS/Express... I've put a few packs on some of the individual PRs prior to this release candidate. A Release Candidate is the last stage prior to a final release and is there to further verify that the codebase is stable without any critical issues. Feel free to give it a go if you're comfortable. It's okay to give it a pass if you'd rather wait for the actual "release" version.
