Soludo Commission 500M Road At Umueri Anambra East LGA, Commend Individual For Community Development

GOVERNOR SOLUDO COMMISSIONS 500M ROAD AT UMUERI _COMMENDS PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL FOR COMMUNITY DRIVEN INITIATIVE Private Individuals has continued to contribute immensely to development as the Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo officially commissioned a 500-meter road built at Umueri, Anambra East Local Government Area. Chief Josephat Onwualor (Igwe Nyelu Oku) who built the road is a philanthropist and community development enthusiast who is dedicated and committed to community development. According to the Governor while commissioning the road project he emphasised the need for Private-Public involvement in development of the state. Speaking further, the governor noted that unlocking Anambra's development potentials requires collective effort and contributions of all men of goodwill. The traditional Ruler of Umueri, Igwe Benneth Izuchukwu Emeka, in his vote of thanks thanked Governor Soludo for his leadership qualities and efforts for the general wellbeing of Ndi Anambra. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including the Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Engr. Ifeanyi Okoma, Commissioner for Power and Water Resources, Engr.
