Today I’m taking you on a quick tour of the Heartland Recreational Park & Artificial Beach in Owerri. This entire place used to be bushy and unsafe, and my phone was even snatched here years ago. But now, the government has transformed it into a massive recreational space with Christmas decorations, lights, and future plans for restaurants, lounges, and boat clubs.
