Long story short I need neck surgery and have been neglected for over 4 god damn years. It started with a car accident 4 years ago. I had some bulged discs in my neck c4 c5 now my whole neck is messed up. Can't even get put under for simple procedures because they say i have an uncorrected unstable c-spine YET SOMEHOW I CAN'T GET SURGERY???
