Details about Goldor, Balorsakka, and Quilon are apparently revealed in the continental version of the Worldview Reference Book, so I apologize if I'm wrong. Just to clarify, during this time, Kazdel was located in what is now the Kurvia-Victoria region and was called the "Gray City." It states that "the fire demon Balorsakka rebelled and burned the Gray City to the ground," which suggests that he seized the crown from the previous Demon King (probably Goldor). Quilon apparently left the Gray City after becoming the Demon King, so considering that the current Kazdel is located in the eastern part of the continent, I think he was the last of the three to become the Demon King. (As for the order, since Barolsacca and Quilon were still alive when Goldor was the Demon King, it seems certain that Goldor was the first of the three Demon Kings.
