Elliott Smith - FM802 Japan Interview

FM802 is a radio station located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. This was broadcast on January 12, 1999, in the middle of the Figure 8 sessions, judging by Elliott's comments about recently recording at the Abbey Road studios in London. Unfortunately, I could not find the exact person who conducted the interview. The audio is quite lossy and hissy, and was in the wrong pitch. I've tried to correct both as much as possible.
