"Hikobōe TV" Launches—Mitsunobu Matsuura, 66, Takes on a New Challenge Hello, I'm Mitsunobu Matsuura, Distinguished Professor at Kokugakuin University. After many years as a university professor, I've decided to start a YouTube program called "Hikobōe TV." The program will feature casual conversations across a variety of fields, including history, politics, literature, religion, and education. However, I'm not a critic or journalist.
