[Ingredients/Quantity] Spaghettini: 160g Garlic: 1 clove Onion: 1/2 Celery: 1/2 Brown Mushrooms: 4 Olive Oil: 1/2 Tablespoon Pancetta: 100g Ground Beef: 400g A) ----------------- Butter: 2 Tablespoons Salt and Pepper: A pinch each Tomato Paste: 2 Tablespoons Canned Whole Tomatoes: 300g Basil (chopped): To taste Thyme (torn): To taste Consommé Soup: 60ml Red Wine: 60ml Italian Parsley (chopped): To taste Parmesan Cheese (grated): To taste [Cooking Steps] 1. Boil the spaghettini in boiling water with salt and olive oil (not listed, to taste). ② Cut the pancetta into batons, finely chop the onion, celery, and garlic, and halve and thinly slice the mushrooms. ③ Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the pancetta, and fry until golden brown. Then add the ground beef and fry until lightly browned. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and stir-fry. ④ Add the mushrooms and ingredients A to ② and simmer until softened. ⑤ Place the pasta from ① in a bowl, pour the sauce from ④ over it, sprinkle with Italian parsley and Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with olive oil (not listed, to taste).
