Asturias & Cantabria | SPAIN Travel Guide

Join us on our travel adventures around Spain! We drive from the city of Léon to the beautiful regions of Asturias and Cantabria in Northern Spain. This was definitely one of our favourites hikes we did in Spain, and one of the top in all of Europe! After the hike we head to the northern coastline of Asturias for a quick visit to two of the main attractions in this region: Silence Beach and Bufones de Pría. The following few days we spent driving and exploring the amazing Picos de Europa National Park. A visit here wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of the most important sites in Asturias, Covadonga. Covadonga is home to an important religious sanctuary and is surrounded by wonderful mountain scenery. We finished our time in this section of our trip with a visit to the region of Cantabria! Our time here was spent visiting the town of Comillas and the city of Santander.
