Installing a MercRacing 4.0T Heat Exchanger on my 3.0T!

Hey Guys! This is our DIY install video on installing a MercRacing 4.0T S6/S7 Heat Exchanger on our 3.0T A6! Huge thank you to Jose at MercRacing for sending us this kit to do R&D on its fitment for the C7 3.0T platform. This is a long video, So we have time stamped the video below. Reference Datalog information: My car is having an IAT issue resulting from something not related to the heat exchanger, and we are diagnosing it right now. Jose & I believe the Supercharger Intercooler gasket may be leaking hot air resulting in higher IAT's, so we are tearing apart my motor to inspect and diagnose it. As soon as it is figured out, we will be updating this with the IAT's after installation of this heat exchanger. I can, however, tell you that the speed in which the car recovers from higher IAT's as a result of highway pulls is incredibly fast, and it takes longer for my IAT's to build in temperature.
