Different Artifacts as a basis for usage - Rocket Routine OS - Build Diary - Week 6

This week I finished a first complete layer of core artifacts. The concrete change: the Company Settings are now fully populated (Purpose, Mission, Goals, Products & Services, values, principles, strategy inputs, market structure, ICPs, personas) I also added the Constitution, Decision Notes with Root/Trunk/Branch/Leaf impact classification, Knowledge items with Source of Truth flags, the Intake Routine, Metrics including FTT, and Outcomes linked to Work Items in the Control Tower. Next week, all these elements must be connceted together. Rocket Routine OS is an AI-native operating system for founder-led B2B companies with 15 to 50 employees.
