NOC-BOOK - Rie Ichinomiya. Kokoro

Hello everyone. We met with our friend Rie Ichinomiya to discuss her book, Kokoro, and the fascinating journey that led her to write it. Kokoro means applying yourself with discipline to a hobby, such as photography or archery, but also bringing your work or relationships to the highest level of awareness. There's no shortage of examples in history, and Rie has found them and summarized them in the little-known stories of Japanese women who embodied the different aspects of kokoro in their lives.
