CASRI Voices: Interview with Susanne Supper (Green Energy Lab)
Within the CASRI project, National Key Stakeholders (NKSs) are selected experts from research, policy, and funding sectors who actively contribute to identifying environmental R&I needs and co-designing the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). In this interview, Susanne Supper, NKS from Austria and Managing Director at Green Energy Lab, shares her perspective on the green energy transition. She highlights the importance of comprehensive impact assessments - covering environmental, economic, and social aspects - and stresses the need to overcome regulatory and financial barriers to bring research-driven solutions into the market. With more than 60 projects in electricity, green heating and cooling, and integrated mobility, her expertise significantly contributes to shaping CASRI’s SRIA. This interview was recorded during the CASRI transnational workshop held in Helsinki on 26-27 May 2025.
