Shurangama Mantra is known as the king of all mantras. Shurangama Mantra (also known as Shurangama Mantra) is a very powerful mantra that is often used to ward off evil spirits and eliminate negative energy. According to Mahayana Buddhism, the Shurangama Mantra is so profound and wonderful that it is also called the “Crown of the Buddha”. The mantra is so powerful that there is no place in space or the entire Dharma realm that is not flooded by the beautiful light of the mantra. Many people chant the Shurangama Mantra but do not know its functions or how to practice it, leading to many mistakes. Therefore, with the desire to bring the Buddha's Dharma closer to more practitioners, I have completed this Sanskrit Shurangama Mantra with Vietnamese translation. The Shurangama Mantra has 5 parts, each part has a different function: Part 1: The first part is to bow to the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Gods, fellow practitioners, and classmates in the ten directions. Next, it lists the functions of the Mind that can subdue demonic obstacles. Part 2: Emphasizes the function of subduing the demonic power of Evil Gods, Evil Magic, Evil Spells that are often used by heretics. Part 3: Emphasizes the function of subduing evil beasts, poisonous snakes, scorpions, physical death, etc. Subduing natural disasters of water, fire, earth, and wind. Part 4: Emphasizes the subduing of Demons and Gods in all spaces. Part 5: Continues to emphasize the subduing of Demons and Gods and connecting with the Enlightenment light of the Buddhas of the ten directions. In summary: The Shurangama Mantra is the mantra that helps practitioners subdue demons and fears in their own minds by connecting with the light of Tathagata. To do so, you need to prepare a Pure Mind when practicing. Because only with a Pure Mind can you connect with the energy of the Buddhas and exploit the functions in your own mind. If you do not have enough Pure Mind when practicing, you should consider it. Because the mantra calls out the names of many Demons and Gods. It is easy to invite Demons and Gods, but it is very difficult to invite them away. You need to have the ability to subdue Demons and Gods before you can practice. But according to my experience in practicing, sooner or later you will have to practice the Shurangama Mantra, because that is the Dharma that helps you to uproot the easy troubles in your mind. Every day we practice like reciting Buddha's name, reciting mantras with pure tones is just like using a rock to press down on the grass. If we are negligent, the grass will grow wildly. So there needs to be a Dharma to uproot the weeds. That is the Shurangama Mantra. You will have to face the demonic obstacles in your own mind. In the video, I tried to describe those demonic obstacles with pictures. I hope that together we can uproot the weeds in our mind house, clean it up so that the light of Tathagata can have a place to enter. May the Buddhas always bless us.
