WORKOUT CIRCUIT: 5 rounds. 30 seconds rest between each exercise and two minutes between rounds 1. Deadlifts - 8-10 reps (2 x bodyweight) 2. Incline Press with Pronation - 10-12 reps (1/2 bodyweight in each hand) 3. Dip Bar Straight Leg Raise - 15 reps (bodyweight) 4. Weighted dips - 12-15 reps (bodyweight + 20kg) 5. Dumbbell thruster -10-12 reps (1/4 bodyweight each hand) 6. Bear crawls - 60s 7. Reneged row - 1012 reps (1/4 bodyweight each hand) 8. Chin ups - 10-12 reps (bodyweight) CARDIO Start with a light 10 minute jog. Run at 80% maximum for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Walk at 3.5-4 mph for 2 minutes. Run at 90% maximum for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Walk at 3.5-4 mph for 2 minutes. Run at 100% maximum for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Walk at 3.5-4 mph for 2 minutes. Run at 90% maximum for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Walk at 3.5-4 mph for 2 minutes. Run at 80% maximum for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
