Wasting Scammers' Time: Michael Fails Again (Scambaiting)

It's another scam call from one of The Major's most dedicated botherers, Michael, and his continued fixation with The Major's bank card. Michael's technique hasn't changed much: frighten the victim into thinking their money has been stolen through unauthorised payments; tell them the bank has cancelled their card so a new card is in the process of being sent out to them; get the victim to divulge their PIN; instruct the victim to post their card by Special Delivery at their own expense to the Bank's head office (actually the house of another gang member or money mule); increase the pressure by making the refund of the supposedly stolen money contingent upon the victim posting the card; steal all the victim's money using their bank card and PIN.
