Bodycam DUI Arrest - 24-Year-Old Woman Totals Her Car and Gets Arrested for DUI

On January 23, 2023, Strongsville Police Officers were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident. When Officer Lowry arrived, he was met by the woman who called the police. She immediately advised him that the woman who hit the other vehicle appeared intoxicated. The 24-year-old female was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs) and was arrested shortly thereafter. There is extensive footage of her inside the Strongsville jail, including where she calls her mom twice and then refuses to submit to an evidentiary breath test (EBT).
