In search of pioneers and lateral thinkers "without academic title" - where can we find the world's brightest minds? Usually, we search for them behind academic titles and impressive positions. At the same time, we're frustrated with wrong decisions made in the world of politics and economics. People who distinguish themselves with high intelligence, heightened sensitivity and wisdom often remain in the background. In authoritarian structures, the beliefs of sensitive people are often ignored. At the same time, they're the best seismographs, not only for smouldering conflicts, but also for possible solutions.
