I started noticing the same question over and over again in Royal Caribbean casino groups: Why did my friend, spouse, or cruising partner get a Casino Royale offer that I didn’t get? So I started investigating. I collected information from real casino players with different Casino Royale tier levels, Crown & Anchor status levels, casino points, gaming histories, cruise frequency, and numbers of future cruises booked.
