Sethukarnan's Puerto Rico Tour - Luquillo Beach 6&7th July 2026

We visited Puerto Rico with our son's family to San Juan, the Capital city with architectural splendors of Spanish with more than 500 years of history in the castles and historic buildings for three days. We then moved on to a vacation rental in Luquillo beach for another six days to enjoy the world famous and one of the most family-friendly, accessible, and naturally stunning coastlines on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Protected by a massive offshore coral reef, it offers a distinct combination of calm, wave-free turquoise waters, highly unique views of El Yunque rainforest mountains, and immediate access to the island's legendary local food kiosks. The Famous Luquillo Kiosks: Located directly adjacent to the beach is a strip of over 60 multi-generational food stalls. Visitors can walk straight from the water to grab authentic Puerto Rican street food like alcapurrias, bacalaítos, fresh seafood, and tropical rum drinks.
