RESTORATION of the old trench GRAMOPHONE from 1939. Restoration of a RUSTY gramophone.
It took me about two weeks to restore an old mechanical trench gramophone. During the restoration process, I completely disassembled the entire gramophone mechanism and cleaned the parts with a sandblaster. Hammer paint was used to paint the hull. I made the missing part, which is the nut securing the plate, completely from scratch by casting the blank in a muffle furnace and using a lathe I turned out a new one.
