KT120 SE Tube Amplifier: Final Construction

This video goes over layout and construction of the output tube, and then the driver tube wiring. I also cover some testing and go over the schematic to help you understand what is going on. Also after some initial testing, we may end up using KT150 tubes! I know people want me to publish a BOM and a final schematic, but this is still in Beta test phase so follow along at your own risk as things could change. The iron is good but other stuff like the tubes used and resistor values, bias points etc. are still to be determined. I can say the initial listening session went well, they sound great! This series is a DIY project building a pair of single ended, ultralinear KT120 mono block style vacuum tube audio amplifiers. The goal is a pair of high power single ended amps, using only high quality parts, with as few things in the signal path as possible.
