Apple Oatmeal 1 large apple cut into small pieces 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup oats (or more if you want) 1 cup water or water thats been steeped in your fav tea 1/4 cup soy milk 2 tbsp raw buckwheat and coconut flakes 2 tbsp maple syrup Add apple into a pan over medium heat with a little water and cinnamon and cook 3-4 minutes. (steep your tea while you do this) Next add in your water and oats and cook another 7-10 minutes or until the oats are as thick as you like and the apples are soft.
