Illegal electricity connections in Cape Town claims 5-year-old's life
The death of a five year old boy from Siyahlala informal settlement in Cape Town has highlighted the problem of illegal electricity connections across the metro. The City of Cape Town says it has spent over R11million replacing and repairing vandalised infrastructure. Newzroom Afrika's Nasiphi Same reports.
