Green onions - small bunch Salt, ground black pepper - to taste Vegetable oil 1. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Add 0.5 tsp. salt and squeeze the potatoes out of the liquid. 2. Finely chop the green onion. 3. Add salt and black pepper to the eggs. Mix. 4. Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan, put the potatoes. Tamp a little. Pour eggs on top. Sprinkle with green onions. 5. Fry over low heat for 10 minutes under the lid. 6. Turn over and fry for another 6-10 minutes over low heat without a lid so that the potatoes remain crispy on top. #potatoes
