Carmen Posadas - Ciclo Palabra

The writer Carmen Posadas was the guest of honor at the Niemeyer Center's "Word Series" on Monday, November 11, in the auditorium of the Avilés cultural center. Posadas presented her latest book, "The Mysterious Case of the Titanic Impostor," accompanied by the writer and cultural manager José María Paz Gago. Posadas weaves a story where fiction and reality intertwine, telling us about a fascinating and transformative era: the beginning of the 20th century. She also reveals little-known details of the most famous shipwreck in history and addresses a very current issue: migration. In this case, the book recounts the harsh conditions endured by most of the Spanish emigrants who went to the Americas in search of their fortune.
