On Doing Dishes & Bureaucracy | Dev Carey | TEDxPaonia

If you’ve ever lived with other people, you know that group living inevitably brings up feelings about cleaning the kitchen and doing the dishes. Dev Carey believes that the way we have conversations about doing the dishes explains a big part of what works and doesn't work in much of our education system, government, and society. In this talk, he uses humorous anecdotes to make the case that “direct honest communication” about doing dishes has real power to prevent bureaucracy and change ourselves and our world.
