Catch a Ride with us on this next Amp’d Adventure, we take our Rivian R1T up into the Sierra Nevada for a slow, scenic family getaway to Sequoia National Park. We spend time wandering among the giant sequoias, standing beneath the incredible General Sherman Tree, hiking Moro Rock, and even driving through a tunnel tree. There’s something grounding about being surrounded by trees that have been alive for thousands of years. But the real fun happens when we head higher into the mountains. We take the Rivian off the pavement for a day of overlanding above the clouds — snow-capped mountain peaks in the distance and a sea of clouds stretching below us. We set up camp, fire up the Rivian Travel Kitchen, cook shrimp tacos, we mix up some fresh margaritas, and just slow down and enjoy these spectacular views. No rush. No noise.
