Green social housing in Vienna - "It should not become a luxury!"
In Vienna, creating affordable living spaces which meet architectural and environmental standards is a top priority for the local administration. The Covenant of Mayors recently visited the Austrian capital to produce a video about its green social housing policy. Vienna expects to reduce its CO2 emissions by 21% by 2020 as part as its Covenant of Mayors objectives.
