Hamstring Shenanigans - Yoga movement for your hamstrings

A few little exercises to help you with your hamstrings... Many people think they have tight hamstrings. Sometimes what you actually need is to strengthen them... So here you are some strength stuff... and a bit of stretching because you might as well do it all. When I first did some of these, they were hard. Often my hamstrings cramped up immediately... Now, I quite like the cramping. And as an added bonus, it makes your glutes work too... The one with the blanket though - still REALLY hard...
