VACAY || Off the Board with @pineapplepapers || Fernwood!!!

Ava and Allie are touring England and sending me photos without stories and most of them are going to require a bit of a conversation. This is one of three taken in a woodsy area in the Lake District and I love the velvety moss on everything! Way in the background you can see Ava atop a hill aiming her camera. When I picked a pin from Pinterest to inspire my Off the Board page, I had no idea what paper line to use. At first I picked papers from Sunset Beach Club and set out to find a beach photo that could stand on its own, and on the way to that one I found this one and thought "Fernwood!!" It will always be my go-to inspiration for outdoor stories..... The original pin used the large letters differently but I liked the open negative space in the patterned papers against the white background. So I went with it and I'm happy with that decision! My Fernwood florals are rather large and I was a bit worried they would overwhelm the design but there was a two-strip area they could sit happily and I kind of like how that part of the page turned out. I also love the circle that says "adventure" and the airplane and the acrylic leaves in the big cluster, all from BrambleFox. Thanks for watching! See you next time.
