From aluminum plates and hand-drawn templates, the build of an 18-ton set-net fishing vessel is underway. Welding sparks, precise cutting — all crafted entirely by hand. The full view of the bare framework can only be seen at this stage. We’ll be following this single vessel throughout the entire seven-month build.
