"Sunny Jim" Kelsey, a disc jockey at DC soul music station WOL (1450 AM) in the 1960s and 1970s, died on January 15, 1999 at age 65. Kelsey worked at WOL (now a talk station) from 1965 until the mid 1970s, when the station was tops in the ratings.
