BARCELONA | Los Mossos despliegan 350 agentes en un dispositivo en La Mina por el tiroteo de enero

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) deployed more than 350 officers this Monday to arrest the perpetrators of a January shooting, in which nearly 200 shots were fired, intended to intimidate. Catalan police arrested 11 alleged perpetrators, including men and women, and recovered nine firearms during the searches. The operation began shortly before 6:00 a.m., when riot police vans and a Mossos d'Esquadra helicopter flew over La Mina. Police carried out 15 searches: 11 linked to the shooting and four more related to drug trafficking. The raids on the homes were carried out with a massive police presence to prevent any incidents in the Sant Adrià de Besòs neighborhood.
