34.000 euro: è la TESLA MENO CARA di tutte | Prova su strada

Here's all the info and photos: https://it.motor1.com/reviews/787771/... Here's how the least expensive Tesla of all, the "formerly Standard" Model 3 RWD, performs. It's changing its name, but at €34,000 it remains the cheapest Tesla you can buy. And also the one with the lowest fuel consumption. And therefore the one with the longest range. The Tesla Model 3 RWD (or, if you prefer, "rear-wheel drive") was recently introduced as the Tesla Model 3 Standard. Now, with the name change, the Tesla Model 3 featured in this review serves as the entry-level model in a range that also includes the rear-wheel drive Model 3 Premium Long Range, the all-wheel drive Model 3 Premium Long Range, and the all-wheel drive Model 3 Performance. This new version of the Model 3 will likely be called the "formerly Standard" Model 3 for some time, but the essence remains the same. This is a model on which Tesla has worked to reduce the cost of some of the car's parts, thus allowing for a lower starting price. On the outside, the new Tesla Model 3 RWD doesn't change much compared to the Tesla Model 3 Premium. The wheels are one of the most obvious differences, thanks to the specially designed aerodynamic hubcaps mounted on steel wheels that replace the alloy wheels found on other Tesla Model 3s. And they illustrate Tesla's cost-cutting approach, in this case saving money compared to adopting light alloy wheels. The tires are 18" as on the Model 3 Premium Long Range RWD, while there are only three body colors to choose from, compared to the six available for the Model 3 Premium. The front headlights have not changed shape, retaining the design introduced on the Tesla Model 3 Highland, and are equipped with LED matrix technology. At a glance, therefore, the entry-level Model 3 is indistinguishable from the others, unlike the Tesla Model Y, whose entry-level version has different headlights than the higher-end trims. Remaining at the front, the front-facing camera has not been removed from the Model 3 RWD, as might have been expected to help reduce the car's purchase price. And no expense has been spared in the design of the front trunk, as on the Tesla Model Y, which differentiates the "base" trim from the Premium trims. On the Model 3, however, the so-called "frunk" is essentially identical to that of the Model 3 Premium. On the outside, as we have seen, the new version The entry-level Tesla Model 3 and the "other" Model 3 Premium models are quite similar. This is also reflected in the finish of the 88-liter front trunk (the so-called frunk). The same applies to the 594-liter rear trunk lid, which has retained its power actuation. There are a few more differences in the interior trim. The digital passenger display has been removed, and the vents are now manually adjustable, essentially like on the Tesla Model 3 prior to the Highland version, while retaining two USB-C ports. Also to reduce the price of the car, Tesla has decided to offer only black interiors for this model (and not a light-colored one), also doing away with the LED ambient lighting in the cabin. The seats are partially upholstered in fabric and do not have a ventilation system (while heating remains, including for the steering wheel), and the physical buttons for adjusting the seats have been removed: everything is controlled via the touchscreen, with fewer adjustments. for the passenger seat compared to the driver's seat. The steering wheel also loses its power adjustment, replaced by a traditional manual lever. Also on the steering column is the left-hand turn signal lever, something Tesla reintroduced some time ago, retracing its steps from the steering wheel buttons that first appeared on the Model 3 Highland. The center console on this new "base" Tesla Model 3 hasn't changed (it has been simplified on the entry-level Model Y compared to other Model Ys), thus maintaining the same storage compartments on the tunnel console—below the smartphone charging ports—as on other Model 3s. The audio system is simplified and features 7 speakers, compared to the 9 on the Premium models, also eliminating the subwoofer. Watch the video to find out how it performs on the road.
