2026 FATHER'S DAY MAKEOVER EXPERIENCE FOX 32 9PM FEATURE

The Daisie Project, Snips of Success, and the Daisie Foundation proudly partnered to host the 2026 Chicago Father’s Day Makeover Experience, honoring and celebrating 100 deserving fathers with a day dedicated to self-care, encouragement, and appreciation. Participating fathers received complimentary grooming services, professional barber services, and styling, helping each dad look and feel his best. Thanks to the generosity of Meijer, every father also received a brand-new wardrobe featuring polo shirts and cargo shorts, along with professional before-and-after photos to commemorate their transformation. The experience continued with a special luncheon, where participating fathers enjoyed great food, fellowship, and meaningful conversation during the Men on the Move Panel Series. Moderated by ABC 7 Chicago Anchor Jasmine Minor, the panel featured an inspiring discussion centered on fatherhood, leadership, perseverance, personal growth, and the importance of creating opportunities for future generations. Featured panelists included Sam Reeves, Commercial Banking/Treasury Management Market Manager and Senior Vice President at Old National Bank; Nick Ramos, Owner of Chicago Theater Works and Final Cuts Barber Shop; Marvin Anderson, Manager of Healthcare Services at Molina Healthcare of Illinois; and Marco A. Rodriguez, Senior Vice President of Dulcelandia Candy Stores and Founder of XOL Chicago. As an additional surprise, every participating father received a special Father’s Day gift courtesy of Banana Republic Factory Store. The event was featured by FOX 32 Chicago and served as a powerful reminder of the importance of celebrating fathers and recognizing the impact they make every day within their families and communities. A heartfelt thank you to our participating and supporting sponsors and partners, including Meijer, Old National Bank, Banana Republic Factory Store, MolinaCares, HealthChoice Illinois, Penske, Meridian, Pin Me Up, Final Cuts Barber Shop, Mane Space, Chicago Theater Works, and our incredible volunteers who helped make this special day possible. Together, we celebrated fatherhood, created lasting memories, and reminded 100 fathers just how valued, appreciated, and deserving they are.
