This growth aligns with global tourism trends, as international travel rebounded strongly, reaching 99% of pre-pandemic levels with 1.4 billion arrivals worldwide, according to the UNWTO. While Bali’s performance reflects this global recovery, projections for 2025 suggest a more moderate growth pace of 3–8%, targeting 6 to 6.5 million arrivals. As the island sees a rise in property development alongside a more stable tourism market, real estate players, especially those in vacation rentals and commercial properties, will need to be strategic, closely monitoring market conditions, occupancy rates, and pricing to avoid oversupply and maintain long-term returns.
