With a strong foundation in biochemistry, Selma earned her PhD and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in biomedicine at the University of Barcelona. She has contributed to basic research at the University of Oxford and A*STAR Singapore during her academic career. Over the past decade, Selma has garnered extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various roles ranging from discovery to the development of complex preventive and therapeutic medicines. In recent years, she has focused on accelerating and enhancing the quality of scientific pharmaceutical work through the adoption of various digital tools.
