That's why I spontaneously decided to fly to Mallorca for a few days with my closest friends to get away, clear my head, and recharge. Business continued, meetings were held, and I still managed to fit in my workouts. But that's exactly what it's about sometimes: finding the right balance without completely shutting down. Especially in the daily grind of running an business, it's crucial to listen to yourself and avoid burnout. The days in Mallorca did me a world of good.
