How to Rid Your Yard of Mosquitoes without Harming Pollinators

If you’re looking for a way to reduce mosquitoes in your yard without harming pollinators or other beneficial insects, you’re in the right place. In this video, I’m sharing a simple, effective, and truly eco-friendly way to manage mosquitoes using a DIY mosquito trap and mosquito dunks containing Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti). Bti is a biological control that targets mosquito larvae only. No fogging. No pyrethroids that take out beneficial insects. No collateral damage to bees, butterflies, or birds. I'll also explain why most of the so-called “natural” mosquito sprays aren’t as safe as they sound—and why a biological approach works better for long-term mosquito control in an organic garden.
