🤔¿Nómina o Dividendos? ¿Cómo es mejor cobrar de mi empresa? ✅

➤ Are you a business owner and want to know the best way to collect your income? Here, I explain the two main options: as a corporate self-employed person with a payroll or as a capital partner collecting dividends. Each alternative has its advantages and disadvantages, and in this video, I show you in detail how both methods work so you can make the best decision for your business. 👉 👉 Book your Online Consultation: https://calendly.com/gmaravelucas/con... 🔍 What is a corporate self-employed person with a payroll? One of the options for business owners to collect their income is to become a corporate self-employed person, that is, to manage the business as a self-employed person and receive a monthly payroll. This option is common among those who play an active role in the company's daily management and operations. As a self-employed partner, you not only have a fixed salary, but you also have tax and social security obligations similar to those of any self-employed person. Furthermore, as a self-employed partner, you have greater control over your income by receiving a regular salary via payroll, which facilitates financial planning and access to certain benefits such as sick leave or retirement. In the video, I explain when this option is appropriate and what the tax and employment implications are. 🏦 Collecting your income as a capital partner through dividends The second option is to collect your income as a capital partner, receiving the money in the form of dividends. This alternative is ideal for those who own a company but do not actively participate in its daily management or administration. As a capital partner, you receive a portion of the profits generated by the company at the end of the fiscal year, which can be a fiscally attractive option in some cases. However, this option has its limitations. Dividends can only be distributed if the company has generated profits and covered all its tax and social security obligations. Furthermore, dividends are subject to different taxation, as they are taxed as savings income rather than employment income. 💼 Which is the best option for you? Each payment method has its advantages and disadvantages. In this video, I explain in which cases one option or another may be more suitable, taking into account factors such as: ✔︎ Your role in the company: If you are an active owner, a corporate self-employed person may be a better option for you. If you are an investor who does not manage the day-to-day operations, dividends could be the ideal option. ✔︎ Tax implications: Payroll and dividend taxation differ. I explain how each applies and which option may be more favorable for your situation. ✔︎ Liquidity and financial forecast: A self-employed salary provides monthly stability, while dividends are a variable income that depends on the company's profitability. 📢 Do you have any questions?
