Bluefin Tuna Bonanza - Action All Day on the Troll

It’s bluefin tuna time on Victoria’s west coast, and Lee has made the run down to Port Fairy to join the action. This season has been a bit different, with fish of all sizes turning up instead of the usual mix of smaller school tuna and the occasional giant barrel. With plenty of reports coming in, the plan is simple – get the lures in the water and see what turns up. Fishing offshore in typical west coast conditions, Lee sets a classic trolling spread featuring skirted lures, a teaser bar and diving minnows.
