We tried night boat fishing for the first time on a remote island in Okinawa! The pitch-black ocean is an unknown world, where you never know what's going to happen. Every time we dropped our fishing gear, our hearts were pounding... Our target was, of course, Okinawa's luxury fish. And finally...a fierce fight with a huge fish, the rod bent dramatically and the drag wouldn't stop! It was a night filled with the thrill and excitement of taking on an unknown target. We then filleted the luxury fish we caught and made it into sashimi. The plump texture and flavor unique to the tropics are truly exquisite!
