Repair Ford Triton Broken Exhaust Manifold Studs (6.8L V-10 etc.)

This 2001 Excursion had bad exhaust leaks. Turns out, several of the exhaust manifold studs were broken, allowing the manifold to clap against the head and allowing the gasket to float between the head and manifold. This is a long process, but what I found to be the best solution is to remove the manifolds, drill through the broken studs, extract them, and replace them with all new parts. The MVP of this process was the Milwaukee Right Angle Impact Driver Adapter! That paired with an impact driver, and you can get this job done. The video shows a right angle drill, but it's not necessary.
