At first, the dough will be fragile, but later it will begin to come together and hold its shape, becoming more plastic. We wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After that, take it out, form a sausage and cut it. I cut with the help of a mold for baking Christmas men, so the half moon comes out with the perfect shape. Place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Remove from the oven and let cool. After that, sprinkle the cookies with powder. Let it taste! 🍯Recipe for honey and ginger cookies ✨Ingredients: • 50 g of butter • 70 g of milk • 1 egg • 250 g of wheat flour • 1 h. l. baking powder • 2 Art. l. sugar • 2 h. l. ground cinnamon • 1 h. l. ginger • 3 h. l. honey ✨Preparation: Mix room temperature butter, egg and milk in a container. Add all spices and sugar, mix thoroughly. Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough first with a spoon, and then with your hands for about 5-8 minutes. When the dough is ready, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out to about 4-5 mm thick. (To make it easier to roll out, you can lay parchment on top of the dough). We cut out figures with molds. Transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment. We send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. But be careful not to burn the cookies.
