⋆⁺₊⋆French Baguette⋆⁺₊⋆ ⁑Ingredients (for 4 loaves) 500g of French flour(Type 55) 10g of salt 10g of fresh yeast (or 5g of instant dry yeast) 350g of water ⁑Instructions 1. Combine the flour with salt and yeast. 2. Add water and mix on low speed for 1 minute, then switch to medium speed for 5 minutes. 3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying, and let it ferment at room temperature for about 40 minutes. 4. Divide the dough into portions of 200g each. 5. Shape each portion into a cylindrical form. 6. Cover the dough portions with plastic wrap to prevent drying and rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. 7. After resting, elongate each portion, tapering the ends to create an elongated oval shape. 8. Cover with plastic wrap again and let it ferment at room temperature for about 30 minutes. 9. Dust the dough with flour and make three diagonal slashes using a knife. 10.
