But the next surprise comes at the supermarket: A 10 kg bag of pasta for a mere €9. Even a seasoned Sanayi pro would be envious! 💸 Saving on pasta made easy. But then things get serious with the paint and material check: Workshop frustration: After a two-day break, we visit the paint shop again. The Audi has been filled and Junus' BMW primed, but my painter's eye immediately spots the ripples in the Clio. And the wet sanding is back in full swing... 🤦‍♂️ The suspicion of counterfeit products at the paint supplier: I'm taking you with me to the Moroccan materials supplier. There, the professional 3M polish costs the equivalent of only €38 (almost double that in Germany/Turkey!). But looking at the peeling labels and the chemical smell, I immediately became suspicious: Are they selling fakes here? 🧐🧪 Sudden halt to the project: Why I had to cut the trip short with a heavy heart and fly back to Istanbul.
