Cycling from Oldbury to Stourport -On - Severn along the Canal, starting at Rowley Regis Train Station. This is a easy ride for all abilities. Just be carful on the tow path depending on what time of year as it can be very overgrown. Be prepared to be stung by nettles. There is quite a few pubs/cafes along the way and plently to choose from at Stourport. My general favorites are The Old Smithy Tearooms at Wolvery Locks and The Windlass Cafe at Stourport.
