DIY ebike conversion of Yuba Mundo Classic Cargo Bike with a Bafang 48V500W BBS02B Mid Motor kit.

I walk through the step by step of installing a Bafang 48V500W BBS02B Mid Motor to a Yuba Mundo Classic Cargo bike. I also install kool-stops Kool Stop Bicycle V-Type pads to try to compensate for the extra power with extra stopping power. I run into many issues including a speed sensor cable that is too short which required making my own cable. In the end, I went for a test drive with my kid.
